Authorized by
Yunnan Provincial People¡¯s Government, SASAC shall, on
behalf of the provider, supervise and control the state-owned
assets of enterprises, and direct and promote the reform
and reorganization of state-owned enterprise according
to the Company Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China,
the Provisional Regulations on the Supervision and Control
over the State-owned Assets of Enterprises and other relevant
laws and regulations. SASAC shall supervise provincial
enterprises in preserving and increasing the value of
their state-owned assets, promote the establishment of
modern system in state-owned enterprises and improve the
structure of companies for the purpose of accomplishing
the strategic adjustment of economic structure and plan. |

On behalf of the
Provincial People¡¯s Government, SASAC shall appoint members
of board of supervision to some large provincial enterprises.
SASAC shall be responsible for the routine management
of the supervisors and the board of supervision. |

SASAC shall appoint,
remove or appraise superintendents of enterprises by legal
procedures, and award or punish superintendents based
on their performance. SASAC shall build personnel mechanism
to meet the demand for talents suitable to socialist economic
system and modern enterprise system and improve the system
of encouragement or restriction for managers. |

SASAC
shall supervise the value preservation and increase of
provincial state-owned assets by statistics, check and
inspection, build and improve the system of targets for
preserving and increasing value of state-owned assets,
and work out the standards for appraisal to uphold the
rights and interests of the provider of state-owned assets. |

SASAC shall draw
up the laws, administrative regulations and relevant rules
on the supervision and control of state-owned assets in
Yunnan, and shall instruct and supervise the control of
state-owned assets by law for enterprises in prefectures
and counties in Yunnan. |

SASAC shall fulfill other
tasks for the Provincial People¡¯s Government. |
